My Story
I am complicated but easy, so they tell me. I guess it's how you come to know me. I grew up in New Mexico, mostly in Albuquerque, but spent my entire life between my father's parents North of Cuba and my mother's parents in the Penasco area. I have the most amazing memories of my childhood and growing up. I can't imagine I wouldn't be the person I am today without those experiences. I am nothing without the influence of my family. They taught me hard work, manners, integrity and to always give give give. I married my husband who was the spitting image of my dad and I can't imagine he wasn't sent to me on purpose, for the man upstairs always has a plan. I never miss celebrating my birthday, and I will never take a friendship for granted! I am me, unapologetic, a proud New Mexican with a family lineage going back hundreds of years to a little town in Northern Spain. I am a proud American who never forgets those who have sacrificed for our freedoms including both of my grandfathers, and a proud daughter of the absolute two best people God put on this earth, my mom, mommy, mama, mum, ma, and my daddy!
I guess, in the end I am just me.
