Visit your bank for several things 1) With a couple weeks notice they can get you any foreign currency and you don't have to pay fees or wait in lines at airports etc. 2) Ask to increase (or decrease) your daily ATM withdrawal limits AND your daily swipe limits - You can also get much higher limits with a day before request, in case you need more for a larger purchase 3) carry small US dollars just in case ($1s, $5s, $10s) we are transferring airports so tips etc …..

AND remember, your ATM card is separate of your bank credit card. You need to set separate limits for that, if you choose…. #SmartTraveler #SmartTravels
